It is designed to capture and store any desired meter, sensor, unit or installation data on a long-term basis.<br \/>\nInitially created for Energy Management, it has shown great value in other sectors due to the implementation of an InfluxDB (time series data base) and a highly efficient monitoring tool (Capacitor).<\/p>\n<p>The collected data either remains in the <strong><em>WiriBox<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/em><\/strong><strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>or is transferred in its original or condensed form to a central energy data server.<br \/>\nAll data is directly monitored and evaluated on the <strong><em>WiriBox<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/em><\/strong>. Therefore, easy-to-use monitoring rules (min.\/max., gradients, controlling, etc.) are preconfigured. Further and more complex rules can be implemented with the help of performant programs. Suitable for any type of monitoring methods.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-17326 size-medium aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.speedikonfm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/wiribox-industry-152x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"152\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.speedikonfm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/wiribox-industry-152x300.jpg 152w, https:\/\/blog.speedikonfm.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/wiribox-industry.jpg 210w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 152px) 100vw, 152px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">WiriBox\u00ae Industry<\/p>\n<p>Communication between the <strong><em>WiriBox<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and the central servers and the access to the <strong><em>WiriBox<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and the respective server is solely via web.<br \/>\nThe user can access the <strong><em>WiriBox<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0and all relevant data via a modern web browser anywhere in the building \u2013 provided that the individual user has the authorisation to do so.<br \/>\nWhether permanent monitoring of important laboratory equipment, supply systems, cooling and heating cabinets or an integration into a temporary test setup, the <strong><em>WiriBox<\/em><\/strong><strong><em><sup>\u00ae\u00a0 <\/sup><\/em><\/strong>and the energy data server are always a highly innovative and also cost-effective solution.<br \/>\nIncompatible data formats and malfunction messages from various devices are brought onto one universal and analysable portal \u2013 just to mention one of many benefits.<br \/>\nOur core component, the energy data server, is kept in this configuration very lean as only a few functions have to be implemented here. It is essentially used as a data storage for the configuration of the boxes and the data interfaces regarding the monitored devices.<br \/>\nData analysis and evaluations are an integral part of our solutions. Therefore, we have created a performant chart component which is supported by a flexible formula editor. This enables swift and trouble-free calculations on data series levels.<\/p>\n<p>Comprehensive helpdesk and ticketing systems are available for further processing of malfunction and error messages.
