Contemporary management reports or ad hoc enquiries coming from executive levels, evaluations as controlling tools, data lists for other departments or software systems, benchmarks, data queries for schedule controls, etc. are essential cornerstones for an active management of processes.
For these reasons we have set a strong focus on reporting solutions within our software development to provide our customers with comprehensive IT tools to tackle any type of evaluation and reporting needs.
This way, every user can search, evaluate and analyse any data ad hoc within the system. The high look & feel of the interface makes navigation for even untrained users a cinch. This allows our customers to be fully independent when using speedikon® C. Expensive and timely customisings are a thing of the past!
Any evaluation/report can be exported (CSV, XLSX, PDF, HTML), saved and printed. Every report is set with a defined rule type to make it ‘intelligent’. This way, all reports and evaluations are always filled with up to date and correct data.
The system also allows the users to create own dashboards to give a swift overview of most important information. From here, a drill-down into the individual reports is possible.
Furthermore, the complete system can be scanned to identify specific information. A scan for direct and indirect attributes or a complex search including conditions and formulas is also possible. The user receives extensive hit lists, whereby the results can also be displayed within the hierarchy structure.
Often used scans with diverse contexts can be saved as a favourite (own favourites or user-group specific favourites). So, there is no need to rebuild any scan definitions and even untrained users can search for specific criteria.
All evaluations can be exported into templates to match CI of the companies.
