These were our Tech Days 2024!

On June 13 and 14, 2024, speedikon FM AG successfully hosted the Technology Days. The two-day event was packed with exciting presentations, networking opportunities, user groups and an exciting AI workshop. Over 40 customers had the opportunity to learn more about our strategic direction as a group of companies in the coming years and the updates to the C platform.

After the arrival of the participants and a small snack, the event started punctually at 2 p.m. with the presentation of the C platform roadmap for 2024/25 and beyond. The research activities of the B-IT Lab were also reported on and the strategic direction of the speedikon group of companies was discussed.

This was followed by a presentation on the (planned) innovations, enhancements and functions that will be implemented in the upcoming versions of the C platform.

The last presentation focused on mobile working with speedikon® C. The software solution offers various tools and mobile apps that provide excellent support for our customers’ sub-processes. An introduction to plan-based defect recording and mobile maintenance also took place here. Our new robot dogs finally got a name too!

As part of a competition, both our customers and our employees had the opportunity to submit their name suggestions. Welcome to our team, Byte & Floppy!

The first day of the Technology Days was rounded off with a cozy get-together. Over cold drinks and delicacies from the barbecue, participants had the opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues and make new contacts. The informal setting provided space for in-depth discussions and the exchange of experiences.

On the second day of the Tech Days, UserGroups on various topics were held in parallel. Attendees were able to choose between the UserGroups on DAMS C, New Work with speedikon® C and Energy and Resource Management with WiriTec® C. In these confidential sessions, participants had the opportunity to discuss the challenges they face in their day-to-day work, benefit from their colleagues’ solutions and share their own experiences of using the software applications.

Another highlight of the second day was the AI workshop, which was led by our colleagues at Innomatik. The workshop focused on specially developed AI solutions that employees can use to find reliable information or submit reports.
