All reservations are neatly organized on the app’s homepage, offering a clear overview at a glance. From this central hub, users have the ability to modify, cancel, or even export their reservations to external calendar management tools like Outlook, promoting a seamless integration into daily workflows.

Our system centralizes all reservation data within speedikon C, making it readily available for comprehensive analysis while prioritizing data protection. Sensitive information is anonymized after 30 days, striking a balance between insightful workspace usage analytics and individual privacy. This enables companies to accurately assess the actual demand for workstations, facilitating informed decisions on whether to rent out or sell excess capacity. For accountability and oversight, designated administrators can track workstation occupancy details, including who used which space and when.
