Finally – the long-awaited speedikon® C 2021 version was launched last week. From the changed design to a completely newly developed evaluation engine and DWG mass exports – speedikon® C 2021 has lots of new features. We would like to give you an overview of the new features you can expect.
In addition to the new name and design, version C 2021 offers a whole range of enhancements that many of you have been waiting for. Furthermore, we have also implemented completely new functions that make your work much easier.
The evaluation of large data files is always in the focus of our strategic planning. Therefore, we are happy that with version 2021 we can provide a new evaluation engine that evaluates large amounts of data with great performance.
You can switch between a list and a grouping with just one click, get the totals and subtotals of all number fields, simply click the groupings open and closed, select the data conveniently via configurable search criteria or via the quick filter, and all that in a matter of seconds. Of course, all characteristics are accessible, calculated characteristics can be created with Blockly and the highlight: use Blockly to assemble advanced search conditions.
The export to Excel and pdf works of course, as well as the filter and sum function and the saving of favorites.
Besides these complete new features, we have also extended existing functions and applications for this version:
There is always the request that graphic information must be provided outside of speedikon® C. There are two new functionalities for this purpose in version 2021. Both functions are designed for the processing of masses. In the first case, pdf files are generated from the layers, taking into account a defined layout (scale and format), but also certain labels or layers. The export is executed via a task in the scheduler.
The second case involves a function for a rule-based export of selected layers as a dwg file. The aim is to change this dwg file, e.g. in AutoCAD, and to import it back to speedikon® C at a later time. This is helpful if changes are made to plans both in speedikon® C and in the CAD system and you do not want to undo the changes made in speedikon® C during a re-import.
Furthermore, there are several new functions in the field of occupancy and furnishing planning:
- A single move of one employee via a clipboard
- The move of several employees via a moving container
- The copy and paste of objects, e.g. furniture via a clipboard
- The relative placing and moving with presetting of the values
In the case of collective orders, a maintenance plan can be generated on the basis of work rules for the current year, the next year or the year after next; a monthly and a weekly view is available for selection.
